The pálinka brand name may be used in Transylvania as well
The members of the Pálinka Knights of Transylvania hope that after discussions with the officials of the Ministry of Agriculture, they can use the pálinka brand name in Transylvania soon – the Krónika daily wrote.
Dezső Tibor, professional manager of the Pálinka Knights of Transylvania told the newspaper, that on Friday they held talks with officials from the Hungarian Ministry in order to extend EU origin protection to pálinkas brewed in Transylvania. (MTI)
