Employer Branding Conference
On June 5, the Hungarian Marketing Association and MarketingArt will organize the first joint Employer Branding conference in the Pasarét Community Hall. Retention still resonates as the best form of recruitment. But is there such a thing as a loyal employee? Maybe you wanted a job? Why do employees choose well-constructed employer brands? What makes recruitment and retention effective? Trade magazine is the media sponsor of the event.
Employer Branding is the process during which the current and desired personality of the organization is mapped, then the awareness of these values, implementation and operation of these values in marketing activities and communication, the formation of the missing but necessary values, and the development of the incomplete values take place.
