Remembering a great person
At a press event organised in early March, president of the Guild of Hungarian Restaurateurs (MVI) László Kovács introduced the book commemorating László Jakabffy in the Hungarian Museum of Trade and Tourism (MVKM). The book is titled The Taste Leader, it is illustrated with lots of photos and it pays tribute to a great man and his oeuvre.
Editor Zsuzsa Gyimesi told: Gundel Award winner and member of MVI’s body of representatives Mr Jakabffy can’t be replaced, but we can benefit from everything that he gave to the trade. MKVM director Imre Kiss stressed in his speech that the book is an essential red and at the same time can also serve as real course material for the trade.
