A festival for the best

Early February Hungexpo announced that at the same time when Snow-Show is held, they are going to organise the Flavours and Wines event. Péter Regős, the chef of XO Bistro helps Hungexpo in organising Flavours and Wines. He told that restaurants would only have to pay for the base material they use – the event will be organised the same way wine festivals are: visitors pay entrance fees and buy coupons. About 18 restaurants will have the chance to participate and already half of the places are filled up with prestigious restaurants like Fausto, Wang mester, Arany Kaviár, Chez Daniel and Bock Bisztro.
