Apple sugar was extracted from apples
After nearly a decade of research, apple sugar has been extracted from apple succesfully. The apple sugar is made from natural ingredients, has a low glycemic index and, last but not least, it has a pleasant taste – tozsdeforum.hu wrote.
“Many years ago, in France, I was told about the natural sweetener extracted from grapes, which attracted my attention because of its high L fructose content. Later on, it became apparent that the L fructose content of apple is even higher, so we started to research: how could we produce natural apple sugar” – Antalicz Miklós, owner of the Dia-Wellness Kft., the maker of apple sugar said.
