The VOSZ MultiMentor Program has been launched – a bridge between businesses and multinationals

The program’s goal: to develop and connect

The VOSZ MultiMentor Program is a pioneering national initiative that provides comprehensive support to businesses that are capable and ready to develop, but still need a few steps to become a supplier to multinationals.
The program is based on three pillars:

1. a qualification system that evaluates and highlights Hungarian businesses that are or can be made suitable for supply,
2. a mentoring program that helps fill the missing conditions (such as ISO certification, digitalization, financial stability) and provides support for the first contact
3. connection building, during which VOSZ directly connects qualified Hungarian businesses with large companies.

The MultiMentor Program is initially launched in three counties: Budapest–Pest, Zala and Hajdú-Bihar. VOSZ experts examined the businesses operating in the county and designated those that meet the first level of qualification.

Károly Balogh, member of the VOSZ board, The president of the Hajdú-Bihar County organization said:

“Here, in Hajdú-Bihar County, entrepreneurs do not wait for a miracle – they work for it. The MultiMentor Program is now for them: for those who want to develop and who are able to be partners of multinationals. We, at VOSZ, help local companies to move to the next level and show that here, in the eastern region, there is knowledge, quality and vision. The initiative is an important step in ensuring that Hungarian businesses are prepared, competitive and consciously involved in the supply chains of multinational companies – since the economic strength of the future depends on the international integration of local businesses.”

The first networking events of the MultiMentor Program will start in January 2026 in the first three selected counties. At these meetings, businesses can introduce themselves in person, learn about the mentoring program, and connect with large corporate partners.

In parallel, VOSZ is reaching out to hundreds of multinational companies to map their needs and introduce them to qualified Hungarian suppliers.

An opportunity for multinational companies too

The VOSZ MultiMentor Program not only offers development opportunities for domestic SMEs, but also represents a real business advantage for multinational companies.

By joining the VOSZ-qualified supplier circle, multinationals can save time and resources, as the businesses participating in the program come from a previously verified and mentored circle.

VOSZ is also looking for applications from large companies that would like to join the program as partners. The organization is specifically looking for multinational companies that are open to involving domestic, qualified SMEs as suppliers.
