Barbecue season starts in Lidl stores
Lidl Magyarország is always expanding its wide range of quality products to best meet the needs of customers. The seasonal barbecue range now includes almost 60 different grilling meats and meat products, with new flavours and new products. What is more, Lidl customers in 6 other countries can also buy Party-mix Hungarian barbecue sausages, as part of the discounter’s private label selection Grill&Fun.
“We are launching this year’s barbecue season with new products and an expanding product range, to ensure that everyone can find something they like. Last year we sold more than 5.7 million kilograms of barbecue products, 28% more than a year earlier”,
says Judit Tőzsér, head of company communications.
Every year grilling products – especially grilling sausages – are very popular. 2023 brought the debut of Grill&Fun’s private label sausages in sheep casing. This year the product range will already be available in 10 flavours! Lidl Magyarország wants to cater for all consumer needs, so the barbecue product offering includes poultry, pork, beef and fish as well. Let’s not forget about the big burger selection either, in which this year’s new product is the jalapeno variant. For those looking for something special, Wagyu beef hamburgers are also available in 2024. Lidl Magyarország is committed to constant development and innovation, and it is confident that the large grilling product selection will make barbecues even more fun. (x)
