Paul Bocuse, the innovator of French cuisine dies at age 91. He has been suffering from Parkinson’s disease for years.
The lyon-born chef’s death news was announced by Lyon’s mayor, Gérard Collomb, to the local French press.
“Paul Bocuse died, gastronomy is mourning, Monsieur Paul was France himself. Simplicity and generosity. Excellence and the art of life, the pope of gastronomy leaves,” wrote Gérard Collomb on Saturday. (MTI)
