Shorter delivery time slots from online shops
According to the experts of international smart logistics company DODO, online shops are beginning to offer shorter time slots for home delivery, and it will be decisive in the market competition which p layers can keep up with this trend. Research by McKinsey & Company has revealed that 25% of shoppers would pay an extra for same day or instant delivery.
