Ipsos conducted comprehensive labor market research on behalf of Prohuman. Temporary employment is an increasingly common concept among employees, but there are many misconceptions surrounding it.
Popular topic In the examined 12-month period, approx. Temporary employment was mentioned 14,000 times, and the topic appeared most often in content related to market trends, top lists, and employment data. At the same time, Ipsos and Neticle’s social internet content analysis also showed that temporary employment is a divisive topic, and negative emotions can sometimes be associated with it.
Prohuman is one of the few service providers that came out of the study with a positive opinion rate. In the second phase of the comprehensive, multi-phase U&A (Usage & Attitude) market survey, the research company asked 3,000 people among the Hungarian working-age population about their work-related attitudes, satisfaction and market knowledge. The national sample represents the target group according to basic demographic characteristics, such as gender, age, region, and educational level.
