Instacart cooperates with healthcare providers
Instacart aims to give healthcare providers, health systems and hospitals the ability to scale food-as-medicine programs. In six months’ time it will partner with Boston Children’s Hospital and minimum four other big healthcare providers in the USA, to establish virtual food pharmacies and other food is medicine projects. Instacart will also launch four research projects to study how food-as-medicine programs affect various patient groups.
