KE and Fino-Food are launching healthier dairy products
The University of Kaposvár (KE) and the Fino-Food Kft. are working on the production of healthier dairy products of high biological value, and they will spend 1.8 billion HUF on the three-year project – the Dean of the Faculty of Agri-Environmental Sciences told MTI.
Professor Tossenberger János said that in the framework of his work with the dairy industry, which is mainly funded by EU grants, they are working on developments based on robot technology and precision farming that take domestic agro-ecological conditions into account, that affects the whole product chain.
