Sága entered the market with an E-number-free sausage
Sága Foods is the first among the large domestic manufacturers to offer customers an E-number-free sausage. The Füstli Natural, which is free of many allergens, does not use E-labeled food additives. In addition Sága entered the dry goods market with turkey salami and turkey snacks as well.
In the large-scale production of processed meat products, the use of food additives, or substances known to consumers as the E-number, is almost inevitable. However, the growing consumer demand for free products has encouraged Sága to seek a whole new way of product development.
