Magazine: Dreher Breweries is looking for new workers in an innovative fashion
Let’s get to know each other while having a glass of beer – this was the motto of the interactive and experience-based job fair that Dreher Breweries organised in November. There were more several hundred job seekers – most of them university students in the last year of their studies – who came to the popular ruin pub in Budapest. They had the chance to meet Dreher workers and managers, and to listen to presentations or try the work of beer tasters. Éva Kreiter, HR director of Dreher Breweries told: employer branding is increasingly important these days, in both keeping employees loyal and recruiting new workers. She added that employer branding can only be effective if it follows a long-term strategy. //
