Dr. Oetker completes the acquisition of Alsa
Dr. Oetker has completed the buying of French company Alsa from the Unilever Group. Besides the baking ingredient brand Alsa and Moench, the deal also includes an Alsa production site in Ludres. The transaction was completed after consultation with employee representatives and approval by the competition authorities.
