Dr. István Nagy: a competitive food industry can supply the population with quality products
Hungarian agriculture is able to supply the population with high-quality Hungarian food with the cooperation of agriculture that produces excellent raw materials and the developing food industry that increases its competitiveness, said Minister of Agriculture István Nagy on Tuesday in Kecskemét.

The head of the agricultural ministry said at the opening of the 25th Regional Horticultural and Food Industry Exhibition: consumers are increasingly looking for domestic foods, which is why it is important to draw attention to these products, one of the important tools of which is the use of trademarks. István Nagy called the regional exhibition in Kecskemét a special event, where producers and buyers can meet without intermediaries. Customers can verify the origin of the products they like, and producers can receive direct feedback on the results of their work, he said.
