The Curia decided: there will be no referendum on Sunday store closure
The curia decded on the basis of the National Election Committee (NVB) on Tuesday and rejected the request, which was submitted for the verification of the ban on Sunday work – the highest court said on its website.
The curia rejected a total of five requests, largely on procedural grounds – according to the Curia’s website.
There is no appeal against the three decision of the Curia, but new initiatives can be submitted in relation to the Sunday working ban. (MTI)
