Digital leap in HR – SPAR innovates with artificial intelligence and e-learning
SPAR welcomes its employees with a new career site, recruitment system and e-learning opportunities.
SPAR Hungary has completely revamped its career site and recruitment processes to address potential employees in an even more efficient and human-friendly way. The company aims to support the work of both applicants and the HR team with the most modern technological solutions – whether it is about application, selection or integration.
“SPAR Hungary is one of the largest domestic employers, with nearly 14 thousand employees. Human resources are not only an operational issue for us, but also a strategic value. That is why we pay special attention to ensuring that the recruitment process reflects the company’s professionalism, people-centeredness and innovation efforts. The aim of the introduced innovations is to be able to address prospective employees across the country even faster, more efficiently and in a more personalized way,”
– emphasized Ildikó Szijjné Kállai, Head of Personnel Development and HR at SPAR Hungary.
SPAR’s new career platform offers a user-friendly, clear and mobile-optimized interface. Applicants can create customizable profiles, specify their job search preferences and be automatically informed about relevant opportunities. The document upload and application process has become simpler, and the system ensures continuous contact between applicants and the recruitment team.
The new recruitment software also fully digitizes HR administration: it covers the entire selection process from position approval to offer sending. The system enables fast, targeted management of job advertisements, real-time tracking of candidate status, and digital acceptance of offers. Paperless operation not only makes the processes more sustainable, but also faster and more transparent.
SPAR also integrates the latest technologies into recruitment: job advertisements supported by artificial intelligence and interactive avatars help to authentically present the company culture. AI-based advertisements reach candidates in a personalized way, and the avatars present the company’s values and everyday life in an experiential way.
