Fiber consumption can prevent the development of chronic, non-infectious diseases – the Secretary General of the Hungarian Association of Dietitians told M1 news channel on Tuesday.
Erdélyi-Sipos Aliz told that one of the causes of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity was inadequate fiber intake.
