Dietary: fiber intake strengthens the immune system
A high-fiber diet also reduces the risk of heart disease and cancer, the program said.
The dietitian said that a healthy diet is based on consuming 10 to 15 decagrams of fruit once or twice a day and 10 decagrams of vegetables for each main meal. In addition, it is recommended to take a whole grain product with one meal a day. Large amounts of fiber should be consumed with adequate water intake. (MTI)
