Dessert competition

The Sirha Budapest Dessert Competition took place on the last day of the trade fair, which was organised for the third time by Zoltán Kolonics, one of Hungary’s most famous creative confectioners. Gréta Berta and Emese Kőrösi-Fehér won the competition and they also went home with the special prize for artistry. Krisztián Füredi and Zsuzsanna Károlyi were the runners-up and won the special award for the best plate dessert. The bronze medal went to Gabriella Bulejka and Dóra Varga. //
