Bence Dalnoki is also involved in the development of METRO products
On October 24, the Bocuse d’Or bronze medalist Bence Dalnoki presented himself at a special “chef’s table” program as the ambassador of METRO Nagykereskelem’s new own brand. The young chef talent presented the versatility of METRO’s own brand ingredients with five gourmet dishes.
The chef’s table is a special genre in catering: a prominent place where guests can monitor the preparation of the dish, and where the chef himself presents the ingredients, the approach behind food preparation, and the components of the taste experience to them. At the limited press event held in the show kitchen of the METRO Gastronomic Academy, which is currently operating on its 5000th day, the participants were able to get a glimpse of the gastronomic trends of the near future and the plans of the Gastronomic Academy through the courses.
The ambassador’s mission
METRO’s international group of companies meets millions of players in the hospitality industry, which provides a good insight into the trends, challenges and solutions experienced and expected in the segment worldwide. The company’s business model is based on joint development, and the ambassadors of its own brands have a prominent role in this. Bence Dalnoki, who won a bronze medal at the Bocuse d’Or World Chef Championship in February 2023, will not only be the authentic face of the METRO Chef, METRO Premium and METRO Professional brands, but will also constantly use and review them, thus indirectly participating in product development. Bence Dalnoki also participates in METRO’s educational activities as an instructor and developer of recipes.
