Sándor Czomba emphasized that the program – in the Economic Development and Innovation Operative Program (Ginop) Plus – originally had 4.5 billion forints in EU funds, which were increased by 2 billion forints in domestic funds due to significant interest.
In Hungary, one of the most important is the continuous increase of employment and the reduction of unemployment. “We are not doing badly in this fight”, but there are significant differences within the country, said the state secretary.
As an example, he mentioned the change in the unemployment rate, which varies between 4-4.6 percent nationally, but varies between 1.8 and 10.5 percent at the county level, the former representing Győr-Moson-Sopron and the latter representing Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg counties .
