The Baja Fish Cooking Festival begins on Thursday

The Fish Cooking Festival in Baja begins on Thursday. Its peak will be the fish cooking again that will take place on Saturday.

Bócsa Barnabás, managing director of the festival’s organizer the Baja Marketing Kft. told MTI that the Baja gastronomic festival, traditionally held on the second weekend of July has now gained a European reputation and offers entertainment programs in addition to the fisherman’s soup to the locals and visitors for four days.
