The Year of Gastro Experiences begins on Thursday

The Gluttonous Thursday will be on 11 February. Until now, 600 restaurants have joined – the CEO of the Hungarian Tourism (MT) Ltd. told M1 new channel on Monday.

Faragó Péter added that the restaurants can enter into the Gluttonous Thursday by 9 February.

In this year's gluttonous Thursday, the alcoholic beverages do not fall under the mandatory 50 percent discounts, so the restaurants can decide about the rate of the discounts.

The next stage of the Year of Gastro Experiences will be a picnic in April, while in May the Bocuse d'Or chef competition will set the direction of the Hungarian gastronomy – Faragó Péter told. (MTI)
