Corporate liquidations peaked in January
According to Opten, the level of liquidations peaked in January as a mixed-impact effect of the Covid pandemic, but the number of start-ups was also close to record, according to Népszava Online.
In January 2049 new liquidations were announced, which is likely to lead to a calm company closure, the highest monthly value ever – Opten reports. However, the 1719 cancellation procedures are relatively low level, which may be justified by the ban on forced cancellation. Of the liquidations left behind, 410 were reported, which also shows an increase. (nepszava.hu)
