HoReCa clients with stars

Hotels and restaurants are major customers of the retail trade. Being able to purchase everything in one place and in the appropriate quality is quite natural for them. – What are the characteristic features of supplying the HoReCa sector? – was one of the things we asked Philippe Palazzi, food purchase manager of Metro Kersekedelmi Kft. The product line is composed of 50 food and 70 non-food items, all with a uniform image. Quality is appropriate for four star hotels and even minor quantities can be purchased. Regarding refrigerated products, how can you ensure that refrigeration is maintained between the point of purchase and the destination of the purchased products? Customers can get cooler blocks for their ice boxes free of charge from our vending machines in all 13 of our stores. When customers place their used cooler block in the machine, they receive a fresh one, cooled down to minus 23 degrees. What position do premium quality Hungarian wines occupy in your assortment? Our experts have compiled an exclusive assortment of Tokaji wines for HoReCa clients, which is only available from us. This is sold with an elegant wine card in three languages. There is no minimum limit on purchases, even a single bottle can be bought. We have also compiled a wine catalogue for conossieurs, and sommeliers are employed in all of our stores to help our clients not only with wines but with a a wide range of accessories which are needed if you wish to serve wine.
