The Food Analytica Kft. has joined to the Eurofins food analysis group
The Food Analytica Kft. headquartered in Gyula has joined the Luxembourg-based Eurofins Group, the world’s leading food analytical laboratory network – was announced on Tuesday in Békés County.
Kishonti Alex, Managing Director of Eurofins Ltd. said that it was a purchase legally that took place on January 11, but in case of the Eurofins group it means not a merge. A decentralized organization is created, while the company in Gyula will retain its local management, working together to develop future growth plans. (MTI)
