Competitions of Confectioners

The Guild of Hungarian Confectioners will organise many competitions at the Sirha Budapest 2018 trade fair. Programmes will also include the live jurying of the Cake of Hungary 2018 competition, and tasting sessions for the winners of Ice Cream of the Year from the last few years and for the Hungarian ice creams that won special awards at the Gelato World Tour. The Pataki János Memorial Competition will take place on 7 February. //
