ClientFirst Consulting: A satisfied customer spends up to two and a half times more
The ClientFirst Consulting that surveys more than 1,500 businesses and customer service points and evaluates the opinion of 6,500 customers, handed over this year’s “Excellence in Customer Service” awards – tozsdeforum.hu wrote.
The performance of the Hungarian companies has been studied in several categories: among the huge companies the BENU Magyarország Zrt., the Provident Pénzügyi Zrt., the Diego Kereskedelmi Kft., the KIA Motors Hungary Kft. won the first prizes, while the best companies among the small and medium-sized enterprises became the Lamicum Kft. – SIPO Patikák and the Branch Office of the Eni Austria GmbH in Hungary.
