Caffè Vergnano Barista Championship
For the first time ever, the Caffè Vergnano Barista Championship was organised at Lupa Beach at the end of August. Seven Caffè Vergnano baristas competed against each other, under the supervision of Iván Gávris, a coffee expert of Coca-Cola HBC Magyarország.

The winner will represent Hungary at the Caffè Vergnano Barista World Championship in Chieri in Italy on 17 October. Zsófia Gubán, the barista of BITE Bakery and the youngest competitor won the extremely close competition, the runner-up was Adorján Hévizi, who works as a barista at Szamos Marcipán, while Zita Boussaidi, the barista of Mobil Petrol finished third.
