Budapesti Téliszalámi is getting a revamp
Eredetvédett recept alapján készített, különleges ízvilágú, oltalom alatt álló földrajzi jelzésű terméket állítottak elő a Szent István Egyetem Élelmiszertudományi Karának munkatársai a Földművelésügyi Minisztérium Élelmiszeripari Főosztályának szakmai támogatásával. Ennek eredményeként megőrizték a méltán híres eredetvédett Budapest Téliszalámit, melynek újbóli premierjére a mai napon került sor, a SPAR Magyarország Kft. közreműködésével. Az Egyetem Élelmiszertudományi Kara által készített eredetvédett szalámi füstölt, sertéshúsból, szalonnából, természetes alapanyagokból, fűszerekből, nemespenészes érleléssel, hidegfüstöléssel készül.
The oroginal, protected brand Budapesti Téliszalámi is getting a new kick, thanks to the experts of Szent István University, with the co-operation of SPAR Hungary.
