The Hungarian Food Book has been expanded
The legislators supplemented the FVM Decree 1BB52/2009 (XI.12) with Annex 41 on smoked paprika. This was done by Decree 8/2020 of the Minister of Agriculture, promulgated on 25 March, which entered into force on 28 March.

The ground smoked paprika was also included in the Hungarian Food Book – the National Chamber of Agriculture (NAK) wrote. Decree 8/2020 of the Minister of Agriculture laid down the following mandatory quality parameters for smoked paprika:
Products other than those specified in the regulation may be produced until 28 March 2022 and placed on the market until the end of their quality period. (agrarszektor.hu)
