Expanding professional programme – SIRHA Budapest is back!
SIRHA Budapest, Central Europe’s biggest food industry and HORECA trade fair will open its gates once again on 3 March 2026. The region’s most prominent hospitality and gastronomic professionals will gather in the Hungexpo Budapest Congress and Exhibition Centre.
SIRHA Budapest has always been a meeting place for professionals and this trade focus will continue in 2026. Trade magazin’s Future Store will return with 20 partner companies and the trade show’s media partner will also bring its START-UP ISLAND, where 20 promising companies selected by a professional jury can introduce themselves free of charge. Registered exhibitors can enter the SIRHA Innovation Competition, with products launched since the previous trade fair.
Several trade competitions will also be held at SIRHA Budapest such as the Cake of Hungary 2026 contest and the Pataki János Memorial Competition – the latter named after legendary pastry chef. The final of Free From Chef of the Year will form part of the SIRHA Budapest programme for the first time.
Be there as an exhibitor – where the trade meets!
