Penny is expanding its express home delivery service
Penny continues to expand its home delivery service in Hungary, offering an online shopping alternative to more than 3 million residents. From July 18th, ingredients and other foodstuffs for home cooking, delivered by foodpanda with express speed, can be easily accessed from PENNY stores in ten new Hungarian cities.
Responding to the constantly changing customer needs, PENNY was the first among the discount store chains in Hungary to launch its express shopping service. The collaboration with foodpanda, one of Hungary’s largest fast food service providers, started in Pécs in the spring of 2021. At the headquarters in Baranya county, interested parties could initially order food and other household products from 5 stores, and a few months later, our range of services was expanded to include 24 units in Budapest.
