Bocuse d’Or – Florent Suplisson: the Hungarian gastronomy has developed enormously
Florent Suplisson reminded that for the first time in the history of Bocuse d’Or Europe, Budapest may host the final for the second time.
The first continental final, held in Budapest in 2016, was won by the Hungarian competitor Széll Tamás – the French expert recalled, adding that this success had greatly contributed to the international recognition of Hungarian gastronomy. (MTI)
