Bocuse d'Or competition in Hévíz

The first chapter of Bocuse d'Or Academy opened its gates on 4th May 2011 in Hévíz. One of the greatest chef-competition of the world was organized in five-star hotel Lotus Theme Hotel and Spa where competitors got to compete with each other.

Some names from the jury: Zámbó Tibor (Hotel Carbona), Miklós Beatrix (Hotel Kis Helikon), Borda Attila (Hotel Spirit), Daniel Labrosse (Chez Daniel), Tatár Attila (Lotus Therme Hotel and Spa) és Kreil Vilmos (Magyar Bocsue d'Or Akadémia).

The winners are chef Adamek Balázs and Fekete Dávid commis, coming from Székesfehérvár-based Diófa restaurant.
