Bocuse d’Or – This year’s Hungarian team was presented
Along with chef Roland Kelemen, commis Fodor Noel, coach László Szabó and team leader Bence Dalnoki will represent Hungary in the European finals of the Bocuse d’Or international cooking competition on March 19-20 in Trondheim, Norway.
At the Hungarian team’s press conference in Budapest on Wednesday, Bence Dalnoki recalled that the Hungarian success streak at the Bocuse d’Or began in 2016. Then Tamás Széll won the continental final, and last year it was Bence Dalnoki who managed to stand on the podium of the world final for the first time.
Of course, compared to the most successful nations, Hungary is still in its infancy, but we will do everything we can to tighten the lead, he noted.
According to him, the Hungarian team’s preparations have now reached the final phase. This is about the “robotization” of techniques and timing, in which case there is not much room for change – he pointed out.
