Bocuse d’Or ingredients on Hungarian menus – METRO launches a new catering challenge
In addition to supporting the Bocuse d’Or cooking competition, METRO is committed to the development of Hungarian gastronomy. The community-building program of the METRO Gastro Academy recommends the ingredients of the Bocuse d’Or European Championship to Hungarian catering professionals to address domestic gourmets.
