Big fish!
Dániel Szűcs of BGE KVIK has won the Central European leg of the Olivier Roellinger chef competition in the student category. The contest’s theme was sea fish and fruits of the sea. 2016 was that first year that not only young French and Spanish chefs were competing, but talents from 30 countries of 4 regions. BGE KVIK’s deputy head of department Dr Dénes Sándor helped the young chef’s preparation for the competition.
