BIG: international award for the most innovative brands
ESM, which also runs the European Private Label Awards programme, has launched a competition for the most innovative brands in European supermarkets, in partnership with Trade magazin’s Inno d’Or – Innovation of the Year contest.
“Brand Innovation in Grocery Awards” – abbreviated as BIG – is open to all branded food and non-food products currently available in retail in at least one European country.
The jury panel independently evaluates products based on criteria such as packaging, innovation, performance, relevance, value proposition, longevity, sustainability, market potential, brand communication and industry impact. With the BIG Award, manufacturers can differentiate their products from competing brands at the point of purchase – and let’s not forget: 81% of EU consumers say quality attesting labels on food products are important!
Entries are accepted until the following dates at https: / / big-awards.com/. //
– Early bird: April 26 – June 6
– Regular: June 7 – July 19
– Late: July 20 – September 27
– Last call: September 28 – October 31 //
