Alcoholic grapes boast up to 10 percent alcohol content
According to a study published in a journal called Grape, the crazy variant boasts a 7-10 percent alcohol content at full maturity, Store Insider writes.
Antonio Inebriado, project leader, told FoodBev that grapes can be enjoyed as an ingredient in smoothies or salty foods, or even as a snack on its own. (agrotrend.hu)
