Sense and rationality
Ildikó Urbán has won the gourmet category of Bejgli of the Year for the second time. The owner of Ildikó Confectionery in Szarvas told that not only their bejglis, but also their cakes and chocolates (bonbons made of Belgian chocolate) are very popular. In the summer they sell 30 types of ice cream. She employs 15 people in the confectionery where pastries cost HUF 300-600 and cakes are sold for HUF 3,900-8,900. Ms Urbán gets her inspiration from the internet and from the trainings organised by the guild. It is her regular guests who test the new creations – this was the case with the winner bejgli, Pearl of Advent too.

Ildikó Urbán is the winner for the second time
