Indotek Group invests in ELO
On 24 March ELO (a holding owned by Auchan Retail Holding and New Immo Holding) signed a strategic partnership agreement with Indotek Group. According to this, Indotek acquires a 47% stake in ELO’s Hungarian subsidiaries, Auchan Retail Magyarország and Ceetrus Magyarország. //
