Unilever completed buying Quala’s care division
With this move – which was announced in May 2017 – Unilever acquired leading South American brands such as Savital, eGo, Bio-Expert, Fortident and Aromatel. Unilever CEO Paul Polman told: buying brands like these strengthens the company’s positions in several categories, such as hair, oral and men’s care.
