Magazin: The Guild’s managing director and co-president
László Selmeczi has been the managing director of the Guild of Hungarian Confectioners since 2006 and since 2015 he has also filled the position of co-president. He believes that besides economic interest representation, one of the guild’s most important tasks is popularising artisan confectionery with the help of efficient communication tools.
Quality trade education is high on the list of Mr Selmeczi, who also reckons that the Guild shouldn’t only create values but also serve as an example – this can’t happen without the support of guild members. The director and co-president reckons that cooperation is key for the guild. Both the guild and members need to act in a way that responsibility is taken for one another. //
