Online purchase on the podium of online activities

MasterCard's latest research shows that online shopping and the associated browsing are the third most popular online activity in Hungary, only preceded by reading news and e-mailing.

38 percent of the regular internet users can be considered as active online customers now. In the past year they spent  an average of 60 thousand HUF online occasionally for about 7,500 HUF. In 2011, the online stores selling physical products,  generated sales of 160 billion HUF. The sales of online travel services and insurance services are not included to this data.
