This year, only fifth of the wheat was grown from controlled seed
Good quality controlled seed was sown on only the fifth of the lands in Hungary, which according to the Gabonakutató Nonprofit Zrt. (Cereal Research Non-Profit Co.) can reduce the quantity and it is concerned in aspects of quality prospects and food safety.
The communication of the Gabonakutató Nonprofit Zrt. (Cereal Research Non-Profit Co.) released on Thursday points out that the majority of farmers still choose to sown the uncertified wheats. (MTI)
