Auchan was the first FMCG store chain to receive an accessibility certificate
In the corporate culture of Auchan Hungary, social responsibility, solidarity and cooperation are prominent. Employing people with disabilities (MMK) is one of the cornerstones of the company’s HR and CSR policy, with hundreds currently working in the store chain. In addition to Auchan’s staff, it wants to provide its customers with barrier-free shopping conditions, so it was the first of the major chain stores to assess the accessibility of its sites with Access4you and will be eligible for a bronze-grade certification with improvements based on the audit.
