In agriculture, emissions of greenhouse gases (GHG) are expected to decline slightly by 2025, through the expected decline in cattle breeding – the agrarszektor.hu cites the European Commission.
It is estimated that cow manure causes mainly the global temperature rise as its decomposition products, methane and nitrous oxide are released. According to the experts of the European Commission the GHG emissions will decline by 1.6 percent between this year and 2025 in which the emission of the cattle sector will decrease by 6 percent.
